The Darby Field Inn

The Darby Field Inn and Restaurant has been serving Valley visitors great views and delicious food in a country setting for more than 30 years. Come out of the cold this season and spend an evening with us; warm up in front of our huge fieldstone fireplace, share a romantic private Sleigh Ride (many engagements begin here!), gather your friends in our dining room for dinner and drinks, or relax with lighter fare in Littlefield’s Tavern over a game of Cribbage.

Revel in the traditional with classic favorites like Rack of Lamb, served atop peach/fresh mint compote, and Crisp Roasted Half Duckling, accompanied by raspberry Chambord sauce. Embrace the innovative with specialties such as our Grilled Risotto Cake Duo (Southwestern and Vegetable), or Duck Spring Rolls, served with sweet chili sauce. Walk on the lighter side with a signature salad, Littlefield’s Salad, for example - fresh greens topped with grilled chicken, shredded apple, bleu cheese crumbles, roasted grapes and toasted pecans, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette) or Joe’s Mussels, sauteed with Linguica and caramelized onions and served with grilled sourdough bread.
